Many many thanks (for all the emails, help & advice, suggestions, prompt, fantastic service & also the good wishes that you've offered me). Most of all thanks for understanding what I wanted & accepting just that, not saying things like "that's too simple", "you're the bride so you should have a bigger/sparklier/more decorative one" etc.
My tiara comb came today & as luck would have it I was actually working from home so I was here when Mr postie arrived! I have tried it on & it's perfect. It goes beautifully with my necklace & dress which I sent you photos of - just as you said it would! I've hidden it away safely now from any snooping eyes, but am on the countdown & just can't wait to wear it on the big day!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to others! (In fact I have done so already to a colleague, but his fiancee had already got hers & paid nearly £150 for it at a wedding show - if only he'd spoken to me sooner!)

Kelly's customer service is FIRST CLASS. She had to put up with me being very fussy with the specification and sent me out wire and pearl samples to choose from and colour match to my dress fabric. She also had some great ideas for different designs and combination of materials and sketched and sent the designs to me. I was also emailed photos of the comb as it progressed. Would thoroughly recommend White Fairy. Lisa"
