     Ordering
  1. Please be sure when you are placing your order, that your tiara or jewellery is right for you. we are happy to provide further pictures, information and advice on any of the designs.
  2. You have the right to cancel any order within 7 days of having placed the order.  The exception to this is if you have requested a rush order to be delivered within 3 weeks; this cancellation window will then be reduced to 2 days.
  3. When placing an order, please ensure you have entered your choices of crystal, metal and pearl, and the size required, where appropriate.  If you leave the choice boxes blank, you will receive the item in the exact materials displayed in the main picture for that item and in the standard size.
  4. Please contact us at the point of making your order if you would like to change any additional details of the items you have ordered. This is classed as a customisation and there may be a price adjustment dependent on the customisation of the piece.
  5. Please note that all handmade designs are handmade to order, and there may be some slight variations from the photographs on this site.  However, we can assure you that such variations will be minimal. 
  6. All designs in the Vintage Collection and items within the Sale section are one-off pieces, so when they're gone, they're gone.  
      Packaging
  1. All tiaras, headbands and larger combs are wrapped in tissue paper and presented in White Fairy's white linen-finish rigid boxes, which is included in the price of your order.
  2. Jewellery items and smaller combs are presented in high quality card jewellery gift boxes, finished with satin ribbon, which is included in the price of your order.
      Delivery
  1. From placing your order to receiving your items, the total time can be up to 6 weeks, dependent on workload. We endeavour to complete orders much sooner than this. You will be emailed near to the time of despatch to advise you of the likely delivery date.
  2. All items are sent using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service (except for items in White Fairy's Vintage Collection range, which are despatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery). You will need to sign for your item(s).  Should no-one be available to sign, your package will be taken to the nearest Royal Mail delivery depot and a 'while you were out' card will be posted through your door.  You will then have 7 days to collect your item from the depot, after which time the package will be returned to us.  Should this occur, you will be contacted by email and asked to pay for the delivery again.
  3. Delivery of all tiaras, headbands and larger combs (except for the Vintage Collection range) is charged at £5.00 per delivery.  Jewellery items and smaller combs are charged at £3.50 per delivery.  Should your order include both jewellery items and a tiara/headband/large comb, delivery will be charged at the higher rate of £5.00.  Delivery of items in the Vintage Collection range is charged at £6.50 per delivery. All orders that total over £75.00 are exempt from P&P charges.
  4. If you require an item sooner than the usual delivery time, please contact us, as it may be possible to accommodate a rush order. This may attract an extra charge, which will be advised to you at the time.
  5. We are happy to post to customers living outside of the UK, but please contact us before placing your order to obtain a quotation for postage.  
      Payment
  1. Payment in full is required before your order will be processed.  If you choose to pay by cheque or e-cheque, please be aware that work will not commence on your item until the cheque has been banked and has cleared.
  2. We accept Paypal or cheque, made payable to Kelly Taylor. If you would like to pay by cheque, please contact us before placing your order to let us know. 
Returns
1.   At White Fairy, we want you to have your perfect accessories. Therefore, if you subsequently change your mind about your purchase, we can offer a full refund for all items purchased in the standard metal and colours as detailed on the item description. However, if you have customised* any of the designs, we will not be able to offer a refund. 
2.   For hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange earrings.
3.   In the very unlikely event that your purchase is faulty upon receipt, we will either repair the item or offer you a full refund or exchange for another item of the same value.
4.   If you should need to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt.  We will check when the item was signed for and received via online tracking on the Royal Mail website. Once you have contacted us and received a response, the item should be returned to us within 7 days of the initial date you received the item.  It is your responsibility to ensure that any returned items are sent back safely and within the 7-day limit.  We cannot accept any liability for damage incurred to the returned item whilst in transit, or the loss of returned items.
5.   Items must be returned in their original packaging and should be sent by Special Delivery (Royal Mail's signed for and insured service) if the value is over £36.00 or Recorded Delivery if the value is below £36.00.  
6.   Your return postage costs will not be refunded, except if the item is faulty.   Once the returned item has been received by White Fairy, we will issue you with a refund within 14 days.  Please note that the refund amount will be minus the cost of the original postage incurred by White Fairy in sending the item to you, even in orders which qualified for free delivery. So, if, for example, you ordered a tiara for £80 with no P&P charge, and the tiara was sent to you by Special Delivery courtesy of White Fairy, but then you return the tiara, we will refund you £80 minus the cost of the Special Delivery postage.
7.   Refunds or exchanges will not be given past the date of your wedding or special occasion.  We reserve the right to decline a refund should we suspect that your wedding date has passed or that you have worn the item.
 *Customisation means that you have ordered the product in a different colour, material or size.
