Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. We aim for a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks for delivery of your order. Please bear in mind that if you choose to pay by cheque, this may time may be extended as we wait for cheques to clear before starting an order. If you are ordering something bespoke, turnaround times may be longer, but this will be advised to you at the time of placing your order.
Q. I need my order delivering very quickly. Can you help?
A. In most cases, yes we can. However, bear in mind that there may be an extra express service charge to cover this. Please contact us prior to ordering should you need your order delivered quickly, and we will advise whether it will be possible.
Q. Do you have a catalogue?
A. No, sorry. As we are an online company only, our website acts as our catalogue. This enables us to keep costs down and therefore the price of our designs reasonable!
Q. Can you make items in smaller sizes?
A. Yes, it's no problem in most cases, to resize items. Please clarify the sizes you require when placing your order.
Q. Do you sell wholesale?
A. At the moment, White Fairy has one retailer stocking our designs. There are no plans for the immediate future to sell wholesale to other retail outliets.
Q. Is there any way I can 'try before I buy?'
A. If you are local to the Midlands, you may like to visit The Wedding Centre in Atherstone, Warwickshire, to view a small selection of our designs. Q. I like your work, but I cannot see exactly what I'm looking for. Can you help?
A. Yes, of course! White Fairy has experience in undertaking bespoke commissions for brides and we woud be happy to work with you to create your dream tiara or item of jewellery. There is no extra charge for this bespoke service, beyond the price of the item itself.
