Ordering and Delivery

1.                  Please be sure when you are placing your order, that your tiara or jewellery is right for you. I am happy to provide further pictures, information and advice on any of the designs.

2.                  From placing your order to receiving your items, the total time is between 4-6 weeks, dependent on workload. Once you have placed your order, you will be emailed to advise you of the likely delivery date.

3.                  If you require an item sooner than the usual delivery time, please contact me, as it may be possible to accommodate a rush order.  This may attract an extra charge, which will be advised to you at the time.

4.                  Please contact me at the point of making your order if you would like to change any of the details on your tiara, such as crystal colour, crystal size, colour of base, and colour of wire.  Please note that there may be a price adjustment dependent on the customisation of the piece.

5.            Please note that as each piece is handmade to order, there may be some slight variations from the photographs on this site.  However, I can assure you that such variations will be minimal.

6.            Please contact me for reduced P& P costs if you are ordering multiple items.

7.            Please contact me for international delivery prices.

      Payment

1.                  As each piece is handmade to order, payment in full is required before your order will be processed.

2.                  I accept Paypal, or cheque, made payable to Kelly Taylor. If you would like to pay by cheque, please contact me before placing your order.

Returns

1.            At White Fairy, we want you to have your perfect tiara and accessories. Therefore, if you subsequently change your mind about your purchase, I can offer an exchange for any of my featured products at the same price. However, if you have customised* any of the designs,  I will not be able to offer a  exchange.  In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty upon receipt, I will either repair the item or offer you a full refund or exchange for another item of the same value.  For hygiene reasons, I cannot refund or exchange earrings.

2.            If you should need to return or exchange an item, please contact me within 2 days of receipt.  The item should be returned to me within 7 days of the initial date you received the item.

3.            Items should be returned in their original packaging and should be sent by Special Delivery (Royal Mail's signed for and insured service).   Postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

4.            I cannot accept any liability for damage incurred to the returned item whilst in transit.

5.           Refunds or exchanges will not be given past the date of your wedding.  I reserve the right to decline a refund should I suspect that your wedding date has passed.
