White Fairy Handmade Tiaras is a small, friendly company with a passion for creating gorgeous wedding headwear and jewellery. Established in 2007, we have delighted hundreds of brides with our beautiful, affordable designs and quality service.
Philosophy
At White Fairy, our philosophy is simple. We delight in creating beautiful, contemporary and classic tiaras, hair accessories and jewellery, all designed to make a bride and her bridesmaids feel special. We feel privileged to be involved in our clients' weddings, and will do everything possible to make choosing and buying your wedding accessories a stress- free and pleasurable experience.
We believe in attention to detail and using exquisite materials to create stunning designs. We are proud of our record of excellent customer service and our personal touch.
Materials
Most of our designs are carefully handmade in our studio, using the highest quality components including Swarovski crystals and pearls, freshwater pearls, semi-precious stones, and plated and sterling silver metals. Our Vintage Collection features carefully selected pieces of vintage jewellery, remodelled into beautiful new designs, or modern materials inspired by vintage style. We also stock a small range of bridal jewellery that is not handmade by White Fairy. Each design will include a description of the materials used in its creation.
Bespoke and Semi-bespoke Service
All handmade designs can be adjusted to suit your requirements. You may want to change the crystal or pearl colour, to request different shaped beads, or to adjust the size and height of a design. For simple changes, you can specify your request when going through the online ordering process. For more substantial changes, just email mail@whitefairy.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
Our bespoke service is popular with clients who have a specific idea or design in mind. We will work with you to come up with a specially commissioned piece to suit you. There is currently no charge for our bespoke service, beyond the actual price for the item itself. All you need to do is get in touch for a quote.
Ordering and Delivery
Our handmade tiaras and jewellery have a lead time of 4-6 weeks, although we aim to despatch smaller orders sooner if possible. Rush orders can sometimes be accommodated at an extra charge, depending on workload. Please contact us to enquire about this service before placing a rush order. Ex-display designs, non handmade items and other one-off designs, including the one-off vintage items, will be despatched within 7 days. All orders over £75.00 will benefit from free P&P. Gift-packaging
All White Fairy designs are carefully gift-packaged as standard. Jewellery items, small combs and pins are presented in a quality white gift box and tied with a white satin ribbon, whilst larger combs, tiaras and headbands are wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in one of our white linen logo-printed lidded boxes.
Consultations
White Fairy is happy for clients to visit our home studio in North Warwickshire to view and try on our designs. Appointments are available most Tuesday-Friday evenings, and Saturday - Monday during the day. Please contact us on the number or email address below to arrange an appointment.
